The "One-sided-ring-knot pointed-end" is a pointed-end bow tie which both tips point to the same direction and it is the shape of a pre-tied bow tie that imitates a self-tie bow tie tied with a "One-sided-ring-knot".
Historically, we found evidence at least in portrait and photographs from the mid-19th century that such knot was used as a way of tying the Cravat, one of the predecessors of bow tie.
Predicting from the late 19th century illustrations material, there is a possibility that it had been produced in France as the pre-tied bow tie

片わな結びポインテッドエンド形は、剣先が２本とも同じ側へ向いているポインテッドエンドで、｢手結び蝶ネクタイ｣を｢片わな結び｣で結んだ状態を模した｢作り結び蝶ネクタイ｣の形です。
歴史的には遅くとも19世紀中頃に、蝶ネクタイの前身の１つである、クラヴァット(クラヴァット)の結び方として、使われていたことが肖像写真から確認できます。
また19世紀後半のイラスト資料から、作り結びタイプの蝶ネクタイとしてフランスで生産されていた可能性があります。
