Parallel-Cross Knot
It is a combination of Parallel-bow-knot and Cross-bow-knot. Historically, you can often see it in photographs of gentleman in the late 19th century. As an example seen in Japan, you can confirm this knot in a portrait of William Clark [1826-1886].
